Where We Work in Connecticut
MasterBuilt Solutions works on residential properties in 26 towns in Connecticut, from the Farmington Valley out to the northwest hills. Roofing, siding, decks, carpentry, and full remodeling all come from the same licensed and insured crew.
One Crew, Not a Franchise Map
The towns below are where we work regularly, not a territory assigned by a national brand. The same crew that answers the phone does the work, which is why the list has a limit rather than covering the entire state.
If your town is not on the list, call anyway. Sometimes a project sits just outside the usual range and still makes sense for both sides, and you will get a straight answer either way.

Every Service, Every Town on the List
There is no short list for small towns. The same nine services are available everywhere we work, because the crew travels with the job instead of the job being limited by the location.
Coverage Questions We Get Asked
How far do you travel in Connecticut?
The 26 towns listed above are the regular range, and they cover a good part of Hartford, Litchfield, and New Haven counties. Beyond that it depends on the size of the project, so it's worth a call rather than an assumption.
Do you charge more if I'm farther away?
Travel time is part of any estimate, but we don't add a separate mileage line for towns on this list. If a project sits well outside the range, we'll tell you that before scheduling a visit rather than after.
My town isn't listed. Can you still help?
Call and ask. Sometimes a larger project just outside the usual range works for both sides. What we won't do is take a job so far out that scheduling becomes a problem for you later.
Do you cover all of Connecticut?
No, and any contractor claiming to cover the whole state with one crew is describing a sales area rather than a service area. We'd rather be honest about where we can show up reliably.
Can you handle several towns on one project?
Yes. Landlords and property owners with more than one address in this coverage area get one point of contact and one schedule instead of separate contractors for each property.
